Simplex Projects Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 28th March, 2016 had decided to sell its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Simpark Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Accordingly, 16,31,400 Shares (51.21%) have been sold on March 31, 2016 in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act,2013 read with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Further the Company has submitted a certified copy of the resolution.
