Simbhaoli Sugars Limited has informed the Exchange that the Scheme of Amalgamation (the Scheme) between the Company (Transferor Company) and Simbhaoli Spirits Limited (Transferee Company) has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and the Company is in the process to obtain the copy of the Order. The Scheme shall become effective on filing of the said order with the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh.

Simbhaoli Sugars Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad (the Court) has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Simbhaoli Sugars Limited with Simbhaoli Spirits Limited (the Scheme) on September 9, 2015. Simbhaoli Sugars Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company applications comprising of the Scheme of Amalgamation between M/s Simbhaoli Sugars Limited and M/s Simbhaoli Spirits Limited were filed before Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Allahabad for the necessary directions to convene the meeting of the Equity Shareholders and Creditors of the respective Companies and/or relevant dispensation, as applicable under the provisions of Section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
