Si Group - India Limited has informed the Exchange that "Mr. S.N. Talwar who was an alternate Director on the Board of the Directors of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors effective from January 22, 2009 and accordingly, he has ceased to be a Director of the Company."

Si Group - India Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. R. M. Pandia has ceased to be the Managing Director of the company from January 01, 2009 and consequently, also ceased to be a Director of the Company from the date. Further, the Company has informed that Mr. G.C. Vasudeo has been appointed as Acting Managing Director of the Company from January 01, 2009 until further advice.

Si Group - India Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. R. M. Pandia, Managing Director of the Company, has expressed his desire to discontinue as Managing Director of the Company after December 31, 2008 and hence will cease to be the Manging Director of the Company after December 31, 2008.

Si Group - India Limited has informed the Exchange that consequent upon resignation of Mr.R.V Nagarkar from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from July 23, 2008, Mr G.C. Vasudeo has ceased to be an Alternate Director to him from that date.Further the Company also informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on July 23, 2008, Mr. G.C. Vasudeo was appointed as a Director of the Company in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. R. V. Nagarkar.

Si Group - India Limited has informed the Exchange that : "The General Insurers' (Public Sector) Association of India has withdrawn nomination of Mr. B. Chakrabarti from the Board of Directors of the Company. Accordingly, Mr. B. Chakrabarti has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company. The same was noted by the Board at its meeting held on September 26, 2007".

Schenectady Herdillia Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Ravindra V. Nagarkar has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f October 1,2006.
