Schenectady Herdillia Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board Meeting scheduled for July 29, 2005 for consideration of results for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 could not be held. A new date of the Board Meeting would be communicated in due course of time. The company has further informed the Exchange that consequent to the unprecedented rains, the electricity and water supplies to the Navi Mumbai plant have been cut off. The Company has been compelled to stop production and is in the process of assessing the damage caused by the rains / flooding before it can restart the operation
