Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 29, 2010 has recommended Final Dividend @ 2% (Re. 0.02 per Equity Share) on the paid up capital of the Company for year ended March 31, 2010.

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company shall make payment of dividend on shares, if approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting, on and from September 29, 2009.

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that "Payment of dividend per share has been revised from Rs.1.20/- per share (12%) (declared by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 30, 2009) to Re.0.12/- per share (12%), due to sub-division of shares from Rs.10/- each to Rs.1/- each approved by the shareholders in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 08, 2009".
