Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that M/s. B. Vithalani & Company, Chartered Accountants Mumbai are appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of M/s. Shah Shah & Shah who has given their resignation vide letter dated March 31, 2014.

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that Ms. Shubhrima Sharma, has resigned as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2012.

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that : (1) Mrs. Archana Andhare, has resigned as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2012; (2) Ms. Shubhrima Sharma is appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company and who will be acting as a Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 01, 2012.

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that the members of the Company in the Extra ordinary General Meeting held on December 03, 2010, has unanimously passed an Ordinary Resolution, appointing Auditors M/s Shah, Shah & Shah, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office till the conclusion of the Next Annual General Meeting in place of resigned Auditors.

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that the present auditors M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co., Mumbai have resigned as a statutory auditors of the Company, and the Board of Directors has appointed M/s. Shah, Shah & Shah, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, for which the Company has convened the Extra Ordinary General Meeting on December 03, 2010. The said Auditor M/s Shah, Shah & Shah, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai shall carry on the Limited Review for the Quarter ended September 30, 2010.

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that M/s. Walker, Chandiok & Co (Grant Thornton, Member Firm), appointed as the Auditors of the Company in the Annual General Meeting held on August 26, 2008.

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors have recommended the name of M/s. Walker, Chandlok & Co. (Grant Thronton, Member firm), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, to be appointed from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting in place of the present Auditors M/s Khimji Kuvarji & Co. who do not seek re-appointment. M/s. Khimji Kuvarji & Co. the existing Statutory Auditor will continue to be the Statutory Auditors till the ensuing Annual General Meeting & Tax Auditor for the year 2008-09.

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that : "1) Mr. H K Mehta Joint Managing Director and 2) Mr. Subhash Rathod non-Executive Independent Director have resigned from the post of Directorship w.e.f. 2nd February, 2008".
