Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that: "Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd has acquired Distribution Rights for Hindi Feature Film titled "HEY BABY" directed by Sajid Khan. This multi-starrer movie starring Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Ritesh Deshmukh and Fardeen Khan in a main-lead, would be tentatively releasing on August 24, 2007. The film shall be released in Gujarat, Saurashtra, Maharashtra, Thane, Goa and parts of Karnataka territory' as known in the Film Trade."

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited has informed the Exchange that it has taken a new project on hand and is under process of producing a film tentatively titled "CHALA MURARI MURDER KARNE" & is likely to commence in September 2007.
