Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 03, 2012 has recommended a dividend of 10% (i.e. Rs.1/- per share) on equity share of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
