Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held August 12, 2016, has inter-alia considered and approved the following: 1. Recommended dividend at the rate of 10% on the equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up for the financial Year 2015-16, subject to declaration by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the aforesaid dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, shall be paid/ dispatched to the members of the Company on or before October 29, 2015.

Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that in the Board Meeting held on August 14, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company has inter-alia recommended the final dividend of Rs. 1.00 per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, subject to the requisite approval of the shareholders.

Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 02, 2014 has recommended the dividend of Rs 1.00 per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2014, subject to the requisite approval of the shareholders.
