News Verification : The media had reports that Shree Ganesh Jewellery House Limited plans to exit from the solar power generation business. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Shree Ganesh Jewellery House Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The Company has neither decided nor has any plans as of now to exit the solar power business".

Shree Ganesh Jewellery House Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated July 22, 2011 that "the current volatility in stock price could have been driven by market rumors, including default by major customers, which are all baseless as the Company has not made or is not in the process of making any major corporate announcement. The Company continues to be on plan of posting a growth led performance for the current year in continuation of strong growth reported last year. The Company is scheduled to announce its results next week and is expected to post healthy results".
