Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulation 22(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Rule 21(2) b of Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 , it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Shree Ganesh Jewellery House (I) Limited w.e.f. August 08, 2018 as per Chapter V of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on May 22, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. SHREE GANESH JEWELLERY HOUSE (I) LIMITED has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 18, 2015 to September 24, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 24, 2015.

SHREE GANESH JEWELLERY HOUSE (I) LIMITED has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed Book Closure from September 18, 2014 to September 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 27, 2014.

SHREE GANESH JEWELLERY HOUSE (I) LIMITED has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors vide resolution passed through circulation on June 05, 2013 has allotted 58,00,000 Equity Shares at Rs.150/- per share i.e., equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.140/- per share to Promoters/Promoter Group as per Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulation, 2009. Consequent to the issue and allotment of the equity shares, the paid up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs.70,62,64,850/- comprising of 7,06,26,485 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shree Ganesh Jewellery House Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors vide resolution passed through circulation on March 30,2013 has allotted 41,44,000 Equity Shares at Rs. 150 per share i.e., equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.140/- per share to Promoters/ Promoter Group as per Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR)Regulation, 2009. Consequent to the issue and allotment of the equity shares, the paid up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 648264850/- comprising of 64826485 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shree Ganesh Jewellery House Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2012 has considered and approved the following: (1) Convened the Annual General Meeting of the Company on August 24, 2012. (2) Fixed the book closure for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting from August 18, 2012 to August 24, 2012 (both days inclusive).
