SHREE GANESH JEWELLERY HOUSE (I) LIMITED has informed the Exchange that, in the matter of restructuring of the existing debts of the Company under Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) mechanism, on the basis of the minutes of the meeting of Consortium Banks held on January 22, 2015, received by the Company on February 2, 2015, the banks decided to withdraw their support for restructuring the credit facilities. However, the Company requested all the lenders for reconsideration of the restructuring proposal as it is confident about the revival and viability of the anticipated future operations.

SHREE GANESH JEWELLERY HOUSE (I) LIMITED has informed the Exchange that in the matter of restructuring of the existing debts of the Company under Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) mechanism, the Company has informed that State Bank of India (SBI), the Lead Bank of the Consortium, has submitted the Flash Report of the Company along with other documents with the CDR Cell for admittance before the Corporate Debt Restructuring Empowered Group (CDR EG).
