Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in equity shares of Satyam Computer Services Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. July 04, 2013 (i.e. closing hours of trading on July 03, 2013) on account of Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement with Tech Mahindra Limited.

News Verification : The media had reports that Satyam Computer Services Ltd may merge with Tech Mahindra Limited. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
