Satyam Computer Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2013 approved the payout date for dividend is fixed as on August 12, 2013.

Satyam Computer Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2013 has recommended a Dividend of 0.60 Paise (30%) per equity share of Rs.2/- each for the financial year 2012-13, for approval of members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting Scheduled to be held on July 31, 2013.

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 17, 2008 has declared an interim dividend of Re.1/- per share (50% on par value of Rs.2 per share) and fixed November 01, 2008 as the record date for the same.

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated April 21, 2008 that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today interalia considered and approved / recommended the following : 1) Final Dividend of 125% for the financial year 2007-08 and; 2) Book Closure from August 21, 2008 to August 26, 2008 (both days inclusive). Consequently, the register of members and the share transfer books shall remain closed during the aforesaid period for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on August 26, 2008 and final dividend.

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed the Exchange that a final dividend of 250% (Rs.5 per share on par value of Rs.2 per share) has been recommended at the Board meeting held on April 21, 2006, subject to the approval of the shareholders. The total dividend recommended for the year is 350% (Rs.7 per shares on par value of Rs.2 per share), including interim dividend of 100% (Rs.2 per share on par value of Rs.2 per share).
