SATHAISPAT: Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in equity shares of Sathavahana Ispat Limited (ISIN: INE176C01016) have been suspended w.e.f. April 03, 2023, pursuant to approval of the resolution plan by the Hon ble NCLT Hyderabad Bench.

SATHAISPAT:The Exchange has sought clarification from Sathavahana Ispat Limited with respect to announcement dated 01-Feb-2018, regarding " Sathavahana Ispat Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Credit Rating". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. In case of downward rating, the disclosure may include reasons published by rating agency for such downward rating.The response of the Company is awaited.

Sathavahana Ispat Limited has informed the Exchange with reference to the news item appearing in the news paper dated July 27, 2011 that "The Company categorically denies any such move to increase the holding of Stemcor Ag., by stake sale of promoters. As of now the Company does not intend to issue any further shares above 15% to Stemcor AG., nor intends to divest any management control. The news item is therefore, hereby denied".

News Verification : The media had reports that UK-based steel trading major Stemcor may buy 20% stake in the company. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company. Sathavahana Ispat Ltd has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The Company categorically denies any such move to increase the holding of Stemcor AG., in the company.
