Dhunseri Tea & Industries Limited (Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Limited) has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, have fixed July 16, 2010 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of erstwhile South Asian Petrochem Limited ('SAPL/Transferor Company') who will be entitled to receive Equity Share of the Company in terms of the Scheme of Arrangement comprising interalia, amalgamation of SAPL with the Company (the Scheme). South Asian Petrochem Limited has informed the Exchange that company has been granted voluntary delisting under SEBI ( Delisting of Securities ) Guidelines 2003 by Calcutta Stock Exchange vide their letter No.CSEA/ID/036/2009 dated January 27, 2009 and the shares of the Company are now being delisted from the official list of the Calcutta Stock Exchange.

South Asian Petrochem Limited has informed the Exchange that the Boards of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 12, 2008 inter alia, have taken the following decisions: (1) To convene Annual General Meeting of the Company on July 26, 2008. (2) The Register of Members and share transfer books will remain closed from the July 15, 2008 to July 26, 2008 (both days inclusive).
