Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of Samtel Color Limited (SAMTEL) w.e.f. October 17, 2019 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on June 06,2019 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. Samtel Color Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 27, 2016 to September 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 30, 2016.
