May 22, 2018 as per Chapter V of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Sai Television Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 04, 2017 to September 09,2017 (both days inclusive)for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 09, 2017.
