Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 30, 2016, Recommended a Dividend of Rs. 0.001 per Preference share of Rs. 10/- each and Rs. 0.60 per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2016, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of directors at its meeting held on May 29, 2015 has recommended the payment of Dividend @ Rs. 0.60 (Rupees Sixty Paisa Only) per Equity Share i.e. 6% of the paid up equity share capital of the Company.

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 30th May, 2014, recommended the payment of Dividend @ Rs. 0.60 (Rupee Sixty Paise Only) per Equity share i.e 6% for the financial year 2013-14, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company .
