Rpg Cables Ltd has informed the Exchange that "Pursuant to the discharge of the Company from the purview of Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction(BIFR) , the nomination of Mr. Ajai Singh, as a Special Director on the Board of the Company has been withdrawn with effect from October 23, 2009."

Rpg Cables Ltd has informed the Exchange that in terms of the sanctioned rehabilitation scheme, Hon'ble BIFR has appointed Shri Ajai Singh as Special Director of the Company.
