RPG Cables Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Scheme of Amalgamation of RPG Cables Limited with KEC International Limited and their Respective Shareholders has come into effect on March 31, 2010 on filing of the Certified Copies of Orders of the Hon'ble High Courts of judicature at Bombay and Karnataka, Bangalore with the concerned Registrar of Companies and the Appointed Date of the Scheme is March 01, 2010.

Rpg Cables Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement under Section 391 of the Companies Act, 1956 between the Company and its Fixed Depositor Holders.

Rpg Cables Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Scheme of Arrangement under Section 391 of the Companies Act, 1956 to be entered with the holders of Fixed Deposits of the Company has been approved at the Court convened meetings of the Fixed Depositors, Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors held on February 24, 2006.

Rpg Cables Ltd has informed the Exchange the following: (1) The Equity Shares of the Company have been delisted from the Delhi Stock Exchange Association Limited w.e.f. January 02, 2006. (2) Meetings of the Equity shareholders, Fixed Depositors, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors will be held on February 24, 2006 to consider the Scheme of Arrangement with the Fixed Depositors under Section 391 of the Companies Act, 1956.
