Mangal & Associates, who was appointed as joint statutory auditors by way of postal ballot (of which the results were declared on March 20, 2012), shall be continue as sole statutory auditor on resignation of M/s SARC & Associates, the joint statutory auditors.

Resurgere Mines & Minerals India Limited has informed the Exchange that company has finalized to acquire an Iron Ore Mine, at Satarda, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, having area admeasuring to 96 acres. The Fe Content in the ore body ranges from 54% to 60%. The estimated total reserve is 47.59 Million Tonnes.

The Company has now informed the Exchange "That in resolution no. 5 and its explanatory statement of the Postal Ballot Notice dated October 26, 2009 of the Company, there is some minor spelling correction in two proposed allottees name. 1) Searchlignt Entertainment Private Limited and 2) Jeeva Finvest Bombay Private Limited shall be read as 1) Searchlight Entertainment Private Limited and 2) Geeva Finvest Bombay Private Limited respectively."
