Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of Rasoya Proteins Limited (RASOYPR) w.e.f. July 10, 2020 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on March 03, 2020 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/Corporate Announcements).

Rasoya Proteins Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2016 to September 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 28, 2016.

Rasoya Proteins Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 19, 2015 to September 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.

(2) Bonus (2:1) 2 fully paid up Equity Shares of Re.1/- each for every 1 existing Equity Shares held.
