PSTL: Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of Pyramid Saimira Theatre Limited w.e.f September 12, 2016 as the company is under liquidation

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on April 24, 2016 has issued public notice in the newspaper for compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/CorporateAnnouncements).

Pyramid Saimira Theatre Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed the date of Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company on March 30, 2010. Further pursuant to Section 154 of the Companies Act, 1956, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from March 25, 2010 to March 30, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.

Pyramid Saimira Theatre Limited has informed the Exchange that Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company for the year 2008 was schedule to be held on September 27, 2008 and it was decided to close the share transfer books from September 23, 2008 to September 27, 2008. But due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on September 01, 2008 decided to postpone the AGM.
