Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2012, has decided to recommend a total dividend of Rs. 4/- per share (inclusive of interim dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share paid in April, 2012) on the fully paid up equity share of Rs.10/- each. However, the final dividend of Rs. 2/- per share recommended on May 29, 2012, would be payable after the declaration of the said dividend by the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the "Dividend Declaration Committee" of the Board of the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 12, 2012 has decided to declare and pay an Interim Dividend of Rs.2/- per share on the fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2011 have recommended to Company's Shareholders payment of Final Dividend of Rs.2/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each fully paid in.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- per share declared on February 14, 2011 would be payable from March 10, 2011.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2011, inter alia, has decided to declare an Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- per share on the fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on May 29, 2010 have recommended a total dividend of Rs. 4.00 per share (inclusive of interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share paid in May 2010) on the fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each. However, the final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share recommended on May 29, 2010 shall be paid to all eligible members / beneficiaries after declaration of dividend by the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting in August / September 2010.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the Dividend Declaration Committee at its meeting held on April 26, 2010 has decided to declare an Interim dividend of Rs.2.50/- per share on the fully paid up equity share of Rs.10/- each. Further the Interim dividend of Rs.2.50/- per shares declared on April 26, 2010 would be payable from May 10, 2010.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2009 the Board has recommend to company's shareholders payment of a final Dividend of Rs.2.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up in addition to an interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per shares already paid to the members in February, 2009 thereby aggregating to a total dividend of Rs. 5.00 per equity share constituting 50 % Dividend.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2009 decided to declare an interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share on the fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the date of payment of the said dividend, if approved by the share holders would be September 04, 2008.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 24, 2008 has recommend a total dividend of Rs.5.00 per share (inclusive of interim dividend of Rs.2.50 per share paid in January 2008) on the fully paid up equity share of Rs.10/- each. However, the final dividend of Rs.2.50 per share recommended today i.e on June 24, 2008 shall be paid to all eligible members/beneficiaries after declaration of dividend by the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.

Psl Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on January 15, 2008 declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.2.50 per equity share for the Financial Year 2007-08. January 21, 2008 has been fixed as record date for the purpose and the same shall be paid to eligible members from January 30, 2008 onwards.
