Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in equity shares of Provogue (India) Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. March 07, 2012 (i.e. closing hours of trading on March 06, 2012) on account of Scheme of Arrangement & Amalgamation.

Clarification of News : The press had reports on November 26, 2005 that Gitanjali Jewels has tied up with Provogue (India) Limited to sell jewellery at its stores. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the press and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
