Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of��Provogue (India) Limited (PROVOGE)����w.e.f. February 24, 2021 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on August 27, 2020 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/Corporate Announcements).

Provogue (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 24, 2015 to September 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 30, 2015.

Provogue (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 30, 2014.

Provogue (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Trnasfer Books of the Company will remain close from September 23, 2013 to September 30, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determination of shareholders who will be entitled for dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2013, which is recommended by the Board of Directors for the approval of members at the ensuing Annual general meeting.

Provogue (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2012 to September 28, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determination of shareholders who will entitled for dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, which is recommended by the Board of Director for the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
