Prithvi Information Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange that M/s. Walker & Chandiok, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad who were appointed as Statutory Auditors for the year 2008-09 have submitted their resignation as Statutory Auditors without completing the Audit expressing their inability to continue. They have received this intimation on December 14, 2009. Further the Company has initiated action to appoint another Auditor as Statutory Auditors for 2008-09.

Prithvi Information Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the members at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 23, 2009 have unanimously passed resolution for appointment of M/s Walker, Chandiok & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2008-2009 in place of M/s Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad.

Prithvi Information Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange that "M/s Price Waterhouse , Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, Statutory Auditors of the Company has submitted their resignation vide their letter dated June 4,2009 for the year 2008-09. Company is initiating necessary action to appoint new auditors in place of M/s Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad for the year 2008-09. Consequent to the resignation of the statutory Auditors, there will be delay in publishing the audited results before 30 June,2009".

Prithvi Information Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange that "the Board has received a communication recently from the company's statutory auditor i.e M/s Patwari & Co., that they will not be able to continue as auditors for the financial year 2007-08 onwards and requested the Company to make alternate arrangements. Therefore, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 26th February, 2007 have resolved to recommend the name of S R Batliboi & Associates (Ernst & Young) to be appointed as statutory auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2007-08 onwards.
