Details of the same are as follows: FInal Dividend Rs. 10/- (200%) - Date of Declaration April 30, 2015. Interim Dividend Rs. 5/- (100%) - Date of declaration March 19, 2015 which is already paid.

POLARIS CONSULTING & SERVICES LIMITED has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2015 have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 15 (i.e. 300%) per equity share of Rs.5/- each of the Company for the financial year 2014-15 to its shareholders out of which interim dividend @ Rs. 5/- per equity share (i.e. 100%) of Rs. 5/- each was declared by Board in its meeting held on March 19, 2015.
