Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that trading in the equity shares of Polar Industries Limited will be suspended w.e.f. September 17, 2013 (i.e. closing hours of trading on September 16, 2013) as the company has failed to respond satisfactorily to the notices of the Exchange for non-compliance with the provisions of listing agreement.

Price movement : Significant price movement has been observed in Polar Industries Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Polar Industries Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We submit that the company at present has no such price sensitive information to provide the Stock Exchange".
