Pneumatic Holdings Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13 2017, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 7.5 /- (75 %) per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the Financial Year 2016-17 and shall be paid through National Electronic Clearing Services (NECS) or vide its dividend warrant, as the case may be. b. The date of payment of the Interim Dividend will be March 27, 2017.
