Pneumatic Holdings Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed Record Date as May 23, 2017 for determining the shareholders of erstwhile Pneumatic Holdings Limited who will be entitled to equity shares of the Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited, to be allotted, pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Kirloskar RoadRailer Limited, Pneumatic Holdings Limited , Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited and their respective Shareholders sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal - Mumbai Bench on April 19, 2017.

Pneumatic Holdings Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed Record Date as March 23, 2017 for the purpose of ascertaining the names of members entitled to interim dividend for the financial year 2016-17.

Pneumatic Holdings Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 8, 2016 to August 10, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 10, 2016.
