Piramal Glass Limited has, with reference to the Delisting of the equity shares of the Company from the Exchange, submitted to the Exchange the details of the name, address and contact numbers of the Contact Person at RTA and at the Company for solving Investor queries post Delisting.

Piramal Glass Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company's subsidiary in Sri Lanka, Piramal Glass Ceylon PLC has on July 17, 2013 agreed to sell the balance portion of its Land at Rathmalana for a consideration of Sri Lankan Rupees 415 Million (equivalent to INR 187.66 Million approximately).The final sale transaction is likely to be completed on or before November 30, 2013.

Piramal Glass Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company's subsidiary in Sri Lanka, Piramal Glass Ceylon PLC has on April 26, 2013 agreed to sell part of its Land at Rathmalana for a consideration of Sri Lankan Rupees 355 Million (equivalent to INR 151.69 Million approximately). The final sale transaction is likely to be completed on or before June 30, 2013.

Piramal Glass Limited has informed the Exchange that "The name of our Share Transfer Agent has been changed from 'Amtrac Management Services Limited' to 'Freedom Registry Limited' with effect from April 16, 2009".
