Piramal Glass Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Bharat Kewalramani has resigned as Director of the Company with effect from May 31, 2013, in view of his other commitments.

Piramal Glass Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2013 has appointed Mr. Suhail Nathani as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company.

Piramal Glass Limited has informed the Exchange that consequent to the resignation of Mrs. Nehal Doshi as the Company Secretary of the Company, Mr. Debashis Dey has been appointed as the Company Secretary & the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2012.

Piramal Glass Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Vijay Shah will cease to be the Managing Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on December 31 2011, consequent to his appointment as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Piramal Healthcare Limited with effect from January 01, 2012. Mr. Shah will however continue to be a member of the Board, as a non-executive Director, thereby facilitating continuity of leadership and ongoing strategic initiatives.

Piramal Glass Limited has informed the Exchange that the resignation of Mr. Murari Rajan as Director of the Comapany with effect from March 31, 2011, was taken on record by the Board at its meeting held on April 28, 2011.

Piramal Glass Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Vimal Bhandari has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from March 09, 2011.

Piramal Glass Limited has informed the Exchange that "Ms. Nehal Doshi who is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 01, 2010".
