Petron Engineering Construction Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Corrigendum to our letter dated 15th February, 2018, it is clarified that, Mr. Manoj Kumar Gaur, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company was appointed only for a maximum period of 3 (three) months w.e.f. the closing hours of 14th February, 2018 to the closing hours of 11th May, 2018. He shall be relieved on 11th May, 2018.

This is with reference to our letter dated February 14, 2018.In this regard, please note the following amendments to point no. 4: (4) a. Resignation of Mr. Manoj Kumar Gaur, from the position of Managing Director as well as member of the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. closing hours of February 14, 2018. b.
