Mahaganpati Investment Private Limited, Rs. 9,98,32,668/- towards the outstanding call money (including premium) on 18,26,898 partly paid-up 0% redeemable preference shares out of which Rs. 8.90 is paid towards face value and Rs. 45.746 towards premium; the shares will now be treated as fully-paid up.

Goa Formulations Limited has executed an agreement with M/s.Fresenius Kabi India Private Limited to sell its only pharmaceutical manufacturing unit at Goa at a consideration of Rs.200 Cr. and the agreement has become binding on the parties. Further, Parenteral Drugs (India) Limited has also accorded its consent to the transaction as the holding company.
