PARRYSUGAR: Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in Equity Shares of Parrys Sugar Industries Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. May 25, 2017 (i.e. closing hours of trading on May 24, 2017) on account of Scheme of Amalgamation of Parrys Sugar Industries Limited with EID Parry India Limited.

Significant increase in price has been observed in Parrys Sugar Industries Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Parrys Sugar Industries Limited has submitted their response.

PARRYSUGAR:The Exchange had sought clarification from Parrys Sugar Industries Limited with respect to announcement dated November 26, 2015, regarding "CRISIL has downgraded its rating on the Company's longterm and short term bank loan facilities of Rs. 200 Crores to CRISIL A/Stable and CRISIL A1 from CRISIL A+/Stable and CRISIL A1+, respectively and the Short Term Debt (including commercial paper) of Rs. 100 Crores to CRISIL A1 from CRISIL A1 +.".The Company vide letter dated November 27, 2015 has submitted its clarification.
