Parrys Sugar Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru and NCLT Chennai vide their respective Orders dated April 21, 2017, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with E.I.D.- Parry (India ) Ltd. The Scheme with appointed date of April 01, 2016 will be effective upon filing of the Certified True Copy of the Order of NCLT with the respective Registrar of Companies.

Parrys Sugar Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka and the Hon'ble High Court of Madras have approved the Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) between Parrys Sugar Industries Limited and E.I.D. Parry (India) Ltd. and their respective Shareholders and Creditors. The Demerger would be effective from the date of filing the Certified Copies of the Orders with the respective Registrar of Companies.
