Parekh Aluminex Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Intimation of initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and appointment of Interim Resolution Professional (IRP)'.

Parekh Aluminex Limited had informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Dhaval Mahesh Parikh as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five (5) year with effect from January 04, 2013 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the aforementioned intimation was inadvertently made, Mr. Dhaval Mahesh Parikh is not appointed as director of the Company.

Parekh Aluminex Limited has informed the Exchange regarding "Acquisition of Company in US".

Parekh Aluminex Limited had informed the Exchange that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting is scheduled to be held on July 24, 2011 for seeking the approval for issue of Equity Shares on Preferential Allotment basis. The Company has now informed the Exchange vide its letter dated June 20, 2011 that : "In the Board Meeting held on 15.06.2011, the Board has decided to hold Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on July 25, 2011 but while informing stock exchange, it was wrongly informed that the EOGM will be held on July 24, 2011".

Parekh Aluminex Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company is investing in a SPV which shall setup the Power Project. The Company has signed a MOU with State of Uttar Pradesh to setup a 250 MW Thermal Power Plant, as Lead Member on behalf of the Consortium.
