Parabolic Drugs Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the update on the CDR Application filed by the Company.The Company has now informed the Exchange that Due to clerical error, the Company have mentioned September 30, 2013 as Cut Off date (COD) for CDR instead of September 30, 2012. Therefore, the Cut Off Date (COD) for CDR should be read as September 30, 2012 instead of September 30, 2013.

Parabolic Drugs Limited has informed the Exchange that the proposal of the Company for restructuring of its Debt has been approved by the Empowered Group of Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) Cell. Pursuant to the term and conditions of LOA, the Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) has been executed between the Company and the Lenders on March 28, 2013. The cut of date for the CDR Package shall be September 30, 2013. The CDR package envisages reduction in rate of interest; re-schedulement of payment of interest and principal amount of working capital facilities and term loans.

Parabolic Drugs Limited has informed the Exchange that w.e.f. December 2009, the Company got the Credit Ratings for its bank facilities from Credit Analysis and Research Limited (CARE). CARE had given a rating of CARE BB (Double B) and PR4 to the company in December 2009 and has recently upgraded the Credit Ratings of the Company to CARE BBB- (Triple B minus) and PR3 in December 2010.

Parabolic Drugs Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has successfully completed the first phase of its expansion programme initiated in 2008 with the commissioning of Multi-Purpose Plant II comprising of 5 manufacturing blocks for parallel production in Derabassi, Punjab. With the commissioning of MP II, the company has added 325 TPA capacities at its Cephalosporin campus at Derabassi, resulting in a total production capacity of 773 TPA.
