Panoramic Universal Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed for all the insiders covered under the Code with effect from May 18, 2016 and will open on May 30, 2016.

Panoramic Universal Limited has informed the Exchange that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window (for the purpose of dealing in trading in securities of the Company) shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. The trading window shall be open for trading from February 12, 2016.

Panoramic Universal Limited has informed the Exchange that ''We take reference of our letter dated November 06, 2015, kindly note that therein the Consolidated Segment-wise Revenue, Results and Capital Employed for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 is inadvertently mentioned as Audited . It should be read as Unaudited .

Panoramic Universal Limited has informed the Exchange that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window (for the purpose of dealing in trading in securities of the Company) shall remain closed from November 04, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) for consideration of the audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. The trading window shall be open for trading from November 09, 2015.

The trading window shall be open for trading from August 16, 2015.

Panoramic Universal Limited has informed the Exchange that in accordance with regulation 8 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Board has approved and adopted Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. The said code has been published on the website of the Company. Further, in accordance with regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has also approved and adopted "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders".

Panoramic Universal Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window (for the purpose of dealing/ trading in securities of the Company) shall remain closed from May 14, 2015 to May 21, 2015 (both days inclusive) for consideration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015. The trading window shall be open for trading from May 22, 2015.
