Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in equity shares of Palred Technologies Ltd shall be suspended w.e.f. July 8, 2015 (i.e. closing hours of trading on July 7, 2015) on account of Scheme of Reduction of Capital.

The Exchange had sought clarification from Palred Technologies Limited with respect to announcement dated February 09, 2015 regarding "Palred Technologies Limited has acquired 74% stake in Palred IT Services Private Limited, consequent to which Palred IT Services Private Limited is subsidiary of the Company". In this regard, Reply from the Company is attached.

The Exchange has sought clarification from Palred Technologies Limited with respect to announcement dated February 09, 2015 regarding Palred Technologies Limited has acquired 74% stake in Palred IT Services Private Limited, consequent to which Palred IT Services Private Limited is subsidiary of the Company . On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Whether Acquisition fall under Related Party Transaction; 2. Object and effects of Acquisition; 3. Price at which shares are acquired; 4. Nature of Consideration whether cash or swap of shares if any. The reply

News Verification : The media had reports that Kotak Private Equity may sell its stake in the company. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company. Four Soft Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,"We have discussed the published news article with Kotak PE and neither the Company nor Kotak PE is aware of any such plans. The denial was also intimated to the media."
