The Oudh Sugar Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that Shri Chandra Shekhar Nopany, Chairman cum Managing Director has vide his letter dated June 26, 2015 informed that he would relinquish his office as Managing Director with effect from June 30, 2015, in order to ensure compliance with section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, while continuing to be a Non Executive Chairman of the Company.

The Oudh Sugar Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that State Bank of India has vide its letter dated June 19, 2015, withdrawn the nomination of Mr Pradeep Kumar Sarkar, from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Consequent to the withdrawal of nomination by State Bank of India, Mr Pradeep Kumar Sarkar, ceases to be a Nominee Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Oudh Sugar Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that Mrs Shashi Sharma has been appointed on the Board of Directors of the Company as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director with effect from May 7, 2015.

The Oudh Sugar Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Aniket Agarwal, Non-Executive Independent Director has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from January 30, 2015.

The Oudh Sugar Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Govind Narayan Pareek has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of February 14, 2014. Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Dilip Patodia, President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer in place of Mr. Govind Narayan Pareek.

The Oudh Sugar Mills Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company :- a. Mr. Ashvin Chinubhai Dalal has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from January 31, 2014; and b. Mr Anand Ashvin Dalal has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from January 31, 2014.
