Oudh Sugar Mills Ltd has informed the Exchange that the BODs at their meeting held on January 27,2005 have approved issue of 77,88,780 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.40/- per share on Rights basis.The new equity shares will be offered to the shareholders in the ratio of 3 equity shares for every 4 equity shares held by them on the record date to be fixed for this purpose. Ltd. have sold 105000 equity shares and the shareholding after the said sale is 931020 (8.97%) equity shares; (ii) Deepshikha Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd. have sold 50000 equity shares and the shareholding after the said sale is 163460 (1.57%) equity shares; (iii) Sonali Commercial Ltd. have sold 50000 equity shares and the shareholding after the said sale is 350000 (3.37%) equity shares; (iv) Saran Trading Co. The mode of acquisition is through Open Market and the shareholding of Reliance Growth Fund after the acquisition is 7,00,000 shares aggregating to 6.74 % of the total paid up capital of the Company.

RTM Investment & Trading Company Ltd. have informed the Exchange that they have sold 1,05,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each of The Oudh Sugar Mills Ltd. and consequently their holding in the company has reduced to 9,31,020 equity shares(8.97%).
