Opto Circuits (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 22, 2012 has recommended dividend of Rs.3.00 per share on Equity Shares of Rs.10 each of the Company subject to the approval of the share holders in the Annual General Meeting.

Opto Circuits (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on May 17, 2011 have recommended a Dividend of 45% (Rs. 4.50 per Equity share face value of Rs. 10/- each ) for the year 2010-11, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
