Opto Circuits (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has secured BBB+ (pronounced 'BWR Triple B Plus') rating from Brickworks Ratings India Pvt. Ltd. for its fund based working capital facilities. The rating indicates as stable outlook.

Opto Circuits (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that Rating Committee of ICRA has upgraded the Company's long-term rating for the Line of Credit ( LOC) from LA+ (pronounced LA Plus) to LAA (pronounced as double A). The Out look on the long-term rating is stable. The Rating Committee of ICRA has also retained the short-term rating for the LOC at A1+ (pronounced A one plus).
