Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that Company's appeals against the winding up matter was listed for hearing on July 17, 2015 before Division Bench. However, due to some long hearings, the court discharged the board and hence, Company's matter did not come up for hearing. In view of this, interim stay on winding up shall be continued as matter did not come up for hearing.

Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Bombay High Court has passed order of winding up against the company in 5 winding up petitions. The Company has preferred appeals against the order. Division bench of Honorable Bombay High Court while hearing the appeals has granted interim stay on winding up orders.

Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that data centre of the company located at registered office of the company caught fire on March 15, 2015 afternoon and data centre has got damaged severely. As a result, operations of the company are going to be impacted for next few days, although efforts are on to restore normalcy asap.

Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the 10 winding up petitions have been filed against the company by various Creditors. The company is trying to sort out and settle the matters. The company shall inform further developments in the matters at the appropriate time. Further, that an arbitration award has been passed against the company .The financial implication of the same is around Rs.30 Crs. The company has filed application u/s 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, challenging that award and the said application is pending before the Delhi High Court.
