Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2013, inter alia has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1.5 per equity share for the year ended on March 31, 2013 subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.

Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2012 has recommended a Dividend of Rs.2.8/- per equity share for the year ended on March 31, 2012 subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.

Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2011, have recommended a dividend @ 27% i.e. Rs. 2.70 per share. However, declaration of dividend will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on May 18, 2010 have recommended dividend @ 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50 per share. However, declaration of dividend will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 25, 2009 have recommended payment of dividend at the rate of 12% i.e. Rs.1.20 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2009. However declaration of dividend will be subject to the approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on May 13, 2008 have proposed a Dividend @ 12% for the Financial Year 2007-08 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing AGM.
