The Company has received resignation letter from her on February 10, 2016. The Board of Directors have, at their meeting on February 12, 2016 have accepted resignation of Mrs. Bharti Dandekar.

Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has informed the Exchange that the shareholders of the Company at their meeting held on April 26, 2013 have passed an ordinary resolution for appointment of M/s Poladia & Co., Chartered Accountants in place of M/s Shah Jadavji & Co, the existing auditors of the Company. The change in auditors was due to restructuring of the existing audit firm as the partners of M/s Shah Jadavji & Co. intend to dissolve the firm.
