Omkar Speciality Chemicals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company have recently set up a research center at Company's Unit No. IV (F-10/1, MIDC, Badlapur, Dist.: Thane - 421503, State: Maharashtra for carrying out innovative research in the field of development of Chemical Processes and Technologies for manufacture of new molecules. As announced, vide letter dated February 21, 2011, the Company have already undertaken research work for manufacture of Anti HIV Drugs by innovative routes of synthesis. The Company's efforts in this direction have been recognized by Harvard University
